I am a senior pharmaceutical and healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience in Market Access, commercialization, strategic marketing and business development. Throughout my career, I have worked with leading pharmaceutical and medical technology companies, helping transform scientific innovation into commercial success.
I hold a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and
an MBA from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
I am also currently completing an M.A. in Philosophy at Tel Aviv University.
What has always driven me is curiosity. I enjoy understanding complex scientific and clinical data, identifying what truly matters, and translating it into clear strategic recommendations. I combine analytical thinking with a practical business perspective, helping clients connect scientific evidence with commercial potential.
My career began as a Medical Representative and progressed through product management, marketing leadership and business development roles before founding Source It Out.
These experiences gave me a practical understanding of the challenges that pharmaceutical and medical technology companies face, from evaluating new opportunities and launching products to securing reimbursement and navigating complex healthcare systems.
I enjoy working as an extension of my clients' teams, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. My goal is to simplify complex decisions, ask the right questions and provide practical recommendations that can be implemented with confidence.
